About the Role

Are you passionate about game development and eager to gain real-world experience? We're looking for a Game Developer Intern to join our creative team. This is a great opportunity to work on exciting game projects, build your portfolio, and collaborate with experienced developers - with your contributions built in direct collaboration between GeoPlex Studio and DevMug Entertainments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop gameplay features and mechanics.
  • Assist in designing and implementing game systems.
  • Debug, test, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with artists and designers to integrate assets.
  • Participate in brainstorming and game design discussions.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-documented code.
  • Learn new tools, workflows, and development practices.
Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of Godot, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with C#, GDScript, or C++.
  • Passion for game development and problem-solving.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Git / version control is a plus.
  • Ability to learn quickly and receive constructive feedback.
  • A personal game project or portfolio is an advantage.
